This service includes over 100 system tweaks that will shorten your computer's boot time, deleting unwanted files and unnecessary background processes. Experts will bring your system up to speed with the most recent updates to guard against security threats, and if needed, defrag your hard drive.

Single Title Software Install (AV, AS, OLB. Etc.) $129

From tax preparation to hobbies — Bureau 24 will install a utility or productivity software. Service excludes operating system installation. Software not included.

Software Suite Install (Suite, MSFT Office, DI Suites, Etc.) $159

Service includes the repair, troubleshoot, or install one software suite (ex. Office, Norton Internet Security, etc.) and the installation of all critical updates for the software suite. Experts will also test the software suite for proper functionality. Software not included.

Hardware Install (upgrade/service) $159

Experts are standing by to install any one PC compatible internal or external hardware device onto your desktop or laptop. Graphics/video card, memory and optical drives are examples of what this service includes. Hardware not included.

Operating System Install $249

Installation of the latest version of Microsoft® Windows that best suits you and your computer. Experts will install all critical system updates. Software not included.

Restore CD Creation $129

Did you know most new PCs come with the restore copy of your new system on the hard drive? Take the fuss out of creating a restore disk. Experts are standing by to take the trouble out of the process and create a restore CD for you.

Bureau 24 offers hour-long, personalized training sessions where you'll learn what you want to learn,on a specific topic, at your own pace — right there at your own computer in the friendly confines of your home. 2 Hour Training $229

ISP Service $159

Are you having problems connecting with your current high-speed or dial-up service?I.T. Experts can help out to get you started with a new broadband account — or get you back up if your connection's down because of a faulty modem, router or cabling. Note: Additional charges may apply for restoring computer access to network resources. ISP not included.

MP3 Setup and Training $129

Get your MP3 player working. Have an Expert set-up your new MP3 player online through your PC. VoIP Install and Activation $159

An Expert will setup or troubleshoot one VoIP device on an existing functional network, setup and activate of one account and test the VoIP device for proper functionality. Hardware and VoIP service not included.
