Terms and Conditions
- You agree by accepting or using any product and/or service provided by Bureau 24 that you are entering into a legally binding contract with Bureau 24.
- You understand that if you order the Bureau 24 24/7 Help Desk Service is provided to you at the specified price in exchange for your commitment to a contracted period of service of two. In event that you cancel the 24/7 Help Desk service prior to the expiration of your contract with Bureau 24 you will be charged an early termination fee of one hundred and ninety nine dollars ($199).
- If you are not completely satisfied with a product Bureau 24 will exchange or refund your purchase price within 30 days of the sale date, except as noted herein. Opened software, music, games and movies may be exchanged for the same title only.
- You agree that Bureau 24 shall retain ownership and title to all equipment that Bureau 24 services until such time that all cost related to said service are paid in full.
- You agree that Bureau 24 is providing a single user license for all software and custom programming developed by Bureau 24. You agree that Bureau 24 shall retain the copyright to all software and programming developed by Bureau 24. You further agree not to copy or otherwise distribute said software or programming without the expressed written permission of Bureau 24, if you do copy or distribute said software in violation of this agreement you are guilty of copyright infringement.
- You agree to use all software and programming only as authorized by Bureau 24. You agree Bureau 24 shall have the right to limit and/or revoke your license to use its software and programming should you violate this agreement. If you continue to use software and/or programming developed by Bureau 24 in violation of this
agreement you are guilty of copyright infringement. - You agree that copyright infringement shall be charged at the rate of one hundred dollars per day for each day of said copyright infringement, in addition to any and all other penalties and damages as authorized by law.
- You agree to abide by all payment terms between you and Bureau 24. You agree that by failing to abide by all payment terms between you and Bureau 24 that you shall be in default of said payment terms. You agree that in event of default of payment terms by you that all package pricing shall be null and void and that all
services shall be due and payable at the rate of one hundred and fifty dollars per hour ($150). You further agree that Bureau 24 shall be the sole determiner of the number of hours billed for the performance of any service under this agreement. - You agree that Bureau 24 shall retain ownership and title to all products provided to you under any payment terms until such time as said product has been paid for in full. You further agree that Bureau 24, its agents and representatives shall have authority to enter your business or residence to repossess any product that
has not been paid in full should you default on payment terms. - You agree that all website design services shall be considered software developed by Bureau 24.
- You agree that you have the right to use any copyrighted material provided by you to Bureau 24 for use in any software or programming performed by Bureau 24, You further agree to indemnify Bureau 24 against any loss or claim related to your usage of said copyrighted material and to defend Bureau 24 and to cover all legal expenses
and cost in any and all legal actions resulting from your usage of said materials. - You agree that Bureau 24 shall serve as your agent in purchasing media and other services on its behalf in connection with any Paid Search Services it provides. In this connection you the Advertiser authorizes Bureau 24 to accept any applicable terms and conditions, on behalf of you the Advertiser, related to purchases made on behalf of Advertiser, and Advertiser further assumes the obligations of any such terms and conditions accepted in connection with any purchases made on its behalf by Bureau 24. Bureau 24 shall only be responsible for the payment of invoices for any such services to the extent it has been timely paid by Advertiser for such related amounts. Prior to full and timely payment by Advertiser to First Web Search, Advertiser shall be solely liable for amounts invoiced in connection with such services. Advertiser agrees that Bureau 24 may provide a copy of this Agreement corresponding Work Order or other confirmation with respect to the agency relationship, as determined by Bureau 24, if so requested by related vendors.
Bureau 24 is subject to the tracking data and calculations of the applicable distribution partners and vendors. Based on such data, calculations and invoicing, Bureau 24 will make payment on behalf of Advertiser, as its purchasing agent, to the extent Bureau 24 has been paid by Advertiser. Advertiser understands and agrees that such measurements will be the only and definitive measure of the amounts payable by Advertiser for these such services. Advertiser shall be liable for all penalty and other amounts that may be due to any distribution partner or vendor as a result of Advertiser’s failure to timely pay amounts due by Advertiser.
- Advertiser irrevocably grants Bureau 24, its partners, vendors licensees and any entities in the Bureau 24 distribution network, the worldwide right to use, display and publish the Advertisement and any links to Advertiser’s Web site(s) for the purposes of delivering the services contemplated under the Work Order, including, without limitation, modifying it for the purposes of complying with display parameters or using it commercially and authorizing others to do so for such purposes. Advertiser further irrevocably grants Bureau 24 the right to deliver and sublicense the use of the Advertisement to any authorized distribution partner that Bureau 24 deems relevant to the distribution of the Advertisement.
Bureau 24 may modify or replace keywords based on best search practices and industry standards, including without limitation, methodologies that correct misspellings, combine singular and plural terms and filter inappropriate terms. Bureau 24 reserves the right to update and change these methodologies in its discretion.
- You agree not to use any software or service provided to you by Bureau 24 in any manner contrary to United States law or the laws of the State of Nevada. You agree that Bureau 24 shall have the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at anytime with or without notice. You further agree to be bound by subsequent versions of these terms and conditions.
- You agree that all legal action to enforce this agreement shall be bought in Clark County, State of Nevada in the United States of America. You further agree to be responsible for any and all legal fees and cost associated with the enforcement of any breech of this agreement by you.
