THREE YEARS LIMITED PARTS AND THREE YEARS LABOR WARRANTY Retail, all Bureau 24 hardware is covered with three (3) years labor and three (3) years limited parts, and lifetime tech-support warranty. Memory, Mainboard, CDRW, DVDRW, Video card and all peripherals are warranted for one (1) year only, unless specified otherwise. All items ordered that were not part of original advertised system configuration would bear manufacture warranty. This warranty coverage begins from the date of shipment. This warranty is automatically void for any hardware modification without the prior approval of Bureau 24. Physical damage items are not eligible for warranty coverage. Parts-only purchases are warranted for thirty (30) days only. All monitor are covered under manufacturer warranty.
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE All retail, fully assembled Bureau 24 Hardware is backed by 30-day Money Back Guarantee. All original boxes and CD/Diskettes must be unmarked and unaltered to be returned for full Money Back on parts. The return freight and original shipping and handling charge are not included and will not be refunded.
RETURN POLICY RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returned products. RMA number is only valid for ten (10) calendar days from the date of issuance. Any product(s) returned to Bureau 24 without an RMA number or an RMA number issued past ten (10) calendar days will be refused.The value of any shortage of the returned components will be assessed and deducted from the full credit amount. The original shipping and handling charge will not be refundable. No refund will be allowed after thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Return boxes with COD will be refused.

Return Instructions

  1. Please call our service department at 702-352-5655 for RMA number.
    Following information is required for return:
    1. Invoice date and number
    2. Description of the encountered problem.
    3. Serial packing list (second page that was included with invoice)
  2. After receiving a RMA number, pack the returned merchandise into the original packing box or a proper packing material.
  3. All components including software, floppy diskettes, CD, manual, cables, and connectors should be shipped back together. Penalties and deductions will be made for missing original boxes and/or software, diskettes, CD, manual, cables, and connectors.
  4. RMA number should be marked clearly outside the shipping box.
  5. A copy of the invoice and the packing list with serial numbers should be included inside the box
  6. Return freight is not refundable.
  7. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US postal service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. We highly recommend you use a delivery service that can be tracked and fully insured.
REPAIR & REPLACEMENT
  1. Bureau 24 will repair, replace, or exchange comparable parts at our discretion.
  2. Any product that needs to be repaired, replaced, or exchanged should be sent back to Bureau 24 first and Bureau 24 is not responsible for the return freight that sends item back to Bureau 24.
  3. Customer is entitled to a cross ship if the customer authorizes Bureau 24 to charge the full amount of the shipment. The charged amount for a cross ship will be fully refunded to the customer after Bureau 24 has received the returned product.
  4. Bureau 24 only crosses ship for those products that have been reported for repair, replace, and exchange within thirty (30) days of the date of the invoice issued. Customer has to ship parts back to Bureau 24 within ten (10) calendar days after received the cross shipments for fully refund.
  5. All monitors and special ordered parts are covered under manufacturer warranty. Customer will need to contact manufacturer for all repairs. Bureau 24 will not be responsible for any defects or shipping charges occurred for these items.
SHIPPING DAMAGE AND DISCREPANCY Customer should call our service department to report any discrepancy, including missing and wrong items, within 7 calendar days after received the shipment. Customer should notify the carrier and request for a DAMAGE REPORT for damaged shipment.
